Does The Dearest Grey offer returns/exchages?
The Dearest Grey DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.
What is your turn around time?
All of our packages are shipped via USPS. Please Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
What if my order gets lost?
Once your package is in the mail it is NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEAREST GREY. WE WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you purchase the Priority or Priority express shipping your package does come with insurance and you will be able to file a claim.
You are responsible for any import fee and custom/tax fees.
